Beautiful light filled iridescent golden hour sun shimmering on the Aegean Sea. Maridold garlands in a temple in Mumbai at dusk, flower petals drying on a beach in Goa. These are the elements of this book, the threads that I have chosen to follow and weave together

Seemingly disparate yet linked through human endeavor, craft and colour.

KIDS SS27   

SS27 celebrates a return to tangible, experiential childhood -

where imagination, independence, and hands-on discovery reclaim space from screens. Across playful, outdoor, and family-focused experiences, the season champions real-world engagement, emotional learning, and connection to nature. Defining movements include Gen Alpha’s preference for unstructured, unsupervised play, hybrid experiences blending digital and physical
activity, and a rising wellbeing economy focused on shared family fitness and adventure. Free Play Fridays, the 2027 Bluey film, and the first Olympic
Esports Games highlight the growing interplay between mindful screen use, active lifestyles, and consequential learning.
Design directions reflect these values: playful silhouettes, relaxed oversized fits, technical fabrics paired with vintage aesthetics, and handcrafted textures. Seasonal palettes feature golden hour and earthen tones, layered natural hues
and energetic glowing highlights set against unseasonal darks. Prints and graphics celebrate exploration, nature, storytelling, and sports, supporting collections that are tactile, versatile, and rooted in experiences children want to live, not just wear. Together, these themes provide a versatile, emotionally rich roadmap for engaging a kidswear market increasingly shaped by curiosity, playfulness, and mindful experiences.

MENSWEAR SS27   

For SS27 menswear, the season is shaped by a strong emotional undercurrent and a renewed focus on identity, tactility, and authenticity, driven by our macro theme: The Renaissance of real.
Three defining movements drive the season.
First, our big idea Sensorial design takes hold as consumers crave physical engagement and emotional resonance - brands are challenged to create products that are felt, not just seen. 

Second, Trad Transcends responds to the evolution of masculinity, encouraging expressive, playful styling free from outdated norms.                             

Third, Anti-Culture sees sustainability and timelessness take centre stage, as consumers turn away from fast fashion toward meaningful garments.
Design direction is characterised by tactility and depth: raw, unprocessed fabrics, modular functionality and crafted imperfections. Key materials include dry-handle linens, textured cottons and coated surfaces. Shorts dominate, with extremes in proportion - from thigh grazers to oversized Bermudas, while tailoring is softened and unstructured. Innovative details such as asymmetrical closures, deep plackets, and unconventional pockets keep classic garments feeling modern and intentional. Together, these themes offer a versatile and emotionally intelligent roadmap for engaging with a menswear market increasingly defined by depth, diversity, and intention.
